 We recommend that you contact local city or county utility services, to mark for existing water, gas, and electrical underground lines etc. The area surfaces in use of tent rental prior to delivery are required to be clear and groomed.  ( Dial 811 for NC.) 

 Delivery fees depend on the location of the event and the size of the order.  Additional charges may apply for multi-truck orders. Our delivery fee includes first floor delivery, accessible from our truck.  Stairs, elevators, or other obstacles may require additional fees. The delivery fee also includes pick up. 

 We will set a time to meet at your event location. To determine the  best placement for your event rentals or any obstacles we may encounter during delivery. This will ensure that your event goes as planned. 

 Yes. You are required to make at least a 50% deposit on all rentals. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. 

 Cash, Money Order, or Debit/Credit Cards. No Personal checks will be accepted. 

 Charlotte (NC) and surrounding areas within a 20 mile Radius including Concord, Kannapolis, Huntersville, and Cornelius. Any area outside of the locations listed above will be subject to additional charges. 

 No.  It is required that PJPTR do the delivery and pick up of all rentals. 

 Customers are responsible for damages from stains and misuse (mildew, burns, wax, tears, writing, etc.) to Linen. Shake off all debris and make SURE Linen is dry before bagging to prevent staining and mildew (Linen should not be left wet more than 6 hours). Linens are not to be used: as a rag, for mopping, or drop-cloth. In general, “Treat these Linens as if they were your own.” You will be charged full replacement cost for Linen returned damaged. PJ Party Tent Rentals provides a cloth bag for returning soiled linen. Replacement Cost is 5 times the rental cost.
